Privacy policy
This policy covers the public website and artist console at onismmusic.com. It does not cover streaming platforms where Onism music also appears.
Who we are
Onism is an independent electronic music label. Questions about this policy: support@onismmusic.com.
What we collect
If you send a demo or a contact message, we keep the details you submit: name, email, links, notes, and audio files. Signed artists also have account, release, contract, and payout information in the console.
The site itself logs ordinary technical data needed to run it, such as IP address, browser, and pages requested.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you accept optional cookies. It helps us see which pages are used. It does not run until you accept. You can decline, and the site will still work.
Google’s own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
How we use it
Demo and contact details are used to review music, reply, and run the label. Analytics is used only to improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Demo and contact records are kept while we need them for A&R or legal reasons, then deleted or archived. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings. Artist accounts stay for as long as the artist is on the roster.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Write to support@onismmusic.com. To change analytics cookies, clear this site’s data in your browser and choose again on the next visit.
Music usage
How you may use tracks from the catalog is in the usage policy. That is separate from this privacy policy.
